Nak Beli Rumah Tak? DwiPutra Residence Putrajaya

kite kan duk kat putrajaya..
slalu kalau nak g keje mesti akan lalu bulatan dekat ngan mydin tu..
pasan tak.. sejak dua menjak ni...
dekat simpang nak masuk 15-12h ada nak buat pembangunan..
kat situ nak bina pangsapuri..
DwiPutra Residence..
macam berminat.. tapi gulp!!!
harga dia... omakau!!!! tercirit mendengarnya...
macam rege rumah teres.. baik beli teres terus..
nak tau harga.. jap.. jap.. kite tunjuk pelan lantai dia dulu...
ada dua jenis..
satu yang 950 kaki persegi..

yang satu lagi 1200 kaki persegi..
oklah gak.. not bad..
harga? .. jap.. jap..
kite tunjuk siteplan dia pulak..
woo.. dahsyat tu.. ada kolam  renang..
dah tak yah nak sibuk2 g pullman.. g presit 16 la..
bangun tido leh terus terjun jer dari balkoni.. kah3
harga dia... harga dia...
oh! jap.. jap.. kite tunjuk gmbr rumah contoh lak..





dari gambar memang nampak luas..
uii.. kalau kite dapat sebijik..
pastu renovate dalaman macam rumah contoh ni..
perrghhh!!! duk diam jer dalam rumah x kluar2..
tapi berangan jelah bila org perumahan tu ckp harga..
nak tau harga?

Ehem! Ehem! jeng..jeng..jeng..
yang 950 kaki persegi tu harga dia.. RM 300,000 ++..
yang 1200 kaki persegi tu lak harga dia.. RM 400,000++
amacam. ada berani.. belilah sebijik..
dah duk nanti jangan lupa jemput kite tau..
kite nak bagi hadiah...
mokcik x mampu uolllsss!! sobs..sobs..sobs..

p/s: bukan x mampu.. tapi hubby ckp kalau harga tu baik terus beli rumah atas tanah... mandi dalam bilik air jer.. x yah nak berangan swimming pool.. ceit!!!

  1. Salam! Mila, rumah ni SP Setia dah start jual ke belum? Mmg harga dia mahal utk apartment, tapai area putrajaya tak dapat lagi harga bawah 300k kan?

  2. rasanya dah start jual dah.. sbb hari tu diorg ada open rumah contoh..
    biasanya kalau rumah contoh dah ada.. memang dorg dah start jual tu..
    cuba try bukak website dorang... cari no telefon.. pastu call.. kalau berminat.. awk kena cari dari sekarang... kite kalau ada rumah bawak dari rm300k kat putrajaya ni.. memang kite dah beli dah..

  3. harga minimum 390K (950sqft), yg lagi satu tu 460k... utk harga teres kat putrajaya, minimum sekarang dlm 700k...

  4. Sy tahu rumah teres kat putrajaya ni mmg mahal.. Yg kita maksudkan rumah teres luar dr putrajaya.. Mungkin masih lg berpatutan.. Putrajaya ni.. Rumah flat pun dah rm150k...

  5. Sy dapat offer CSRU untuk unit 950sq ft tu dengan harga diskaun 25%. Jadinya rm313k. Erm berbelah bagi nak ke tak sebab dah beli rumah semiD di salak tinggi. Kalau duit kepok2 nak je beli :)

  6. kalau rm313k tu dah murah la tu.. tp kalau saya.. x dapat ler.. nak cari rumah yg bawah rm200k jer..
    kalau x dapat kat putrajaya.. kenalah cari kat tmpt lain..

  9. pengalaman bli umah kat putrajaya pada tahun 2002 rumah teres dua tingkat rm168k ja. but that time masih penuh dengan pokok kelapa sawit keliling umah. tapi market price review 2012 rm890k... percaya? haa itulah dunia realiti harga umah dan peningkatan mendadak di putrajaya.

  11. Hmmm banyak jugak kos nak beli rumah CSRU, kena standby 10% sbb loan boleh bagi 90% daripada harga selepas diskaun CSRU. Kalau amek BSN loan, insurance n loan agreement punye legal fee absorb dalam loan. So, in overall ala-ala kene standby 10% + 3% legal fee SPA.

Salam...mula2 saya nak beli yg ada CSRU tu..last2 tanya dah habis rupanya...unit depan yang mengadap swimming pool tu belum prograss jalan dah hampir habis dijualnya..last2 pikir punya pikir...demi pelaburan...belilah jgk sbijik...jom la beli...Leh jd jiran saya nnt....ataupun klu nak beli ngan sy 5 taun lgpun xpa...booking skrg..uhuuuu......

    Boleh apply untuk beli mana2 rumah ker??
    Saya gi usha dia kata diskaun 7% n kalau tak amik DIBS (faedah yang kena bayar untuk progress payment yang bank dan kuarkan kepada pemaju) tambah lagi 5%.
    Kalau beli rumah tinggi (tingkat 20 keatas) untung amik 5% kalau rendah elok amik DIBS......

  32. Saya pergi ceroboh masuk show unit rumah tu,
    Ok la, bagi sesiapa yang bekerja di PUTRAJAYA, takkan nak duduk
    kuarters sampaik kena halau (pencen).
    Dia punya show unit akan bukak bulan 6 (tunggu CF)
    rumah pun tinggal lagi 50 unit.

    Phase dua bila bukak tak tau, yang pasti harga lebih mahal hehehe
